We can either select to Insert a New Form or Insert a New Quiz from the Forms task pane. In the Forms task pane, we are notified that We Can Insert Forms Or Quizzes in Our Presentation. Once we select the command Forms, the Forms Task Pane appears at the right of our PowerPoint Presentation as shown in the image below.
